I chose Rivervale arc as my choice of home as it is only 2km away from my mummy & grandma's hse. I grow up in the lovely town of Hougang, saw it development from a little kampung to a town.
The estate is surrounded by lust green and flowing water of sungei serangoon, at the far end of Sengkang. This totally suit my taste in a more laid back lifestyle.
The choice of a 3 room flat come naturally as it is cheaper (clearing mortgage in less then 7yrs is hard to resist) and suit our small family of 3.
Home Theme:
When I told everyone that the living space is 65m2, Everyone is like "HAR??? SO SMALL!!!"
Ok lah. I admit it is really small for a family of 4 (we are planning for another kid) + 1 dog.
So I though of Japanese and NY ppl which live in shoesbox apartment. Hell, if they can do it with 32m2, I dun believe I can't do it in 65m2. So since I love Japan culture so much, I decide to bring it to my home.
How will it turn out? Zen is the key. =)

PCD had been changed to 1Q 2013! This is fast! And we are so not ready!
Update 1 April 2013:
And so... We recieved the keys to our new home! Checking for defects, and we can start renovating!
